CES 2027 will run January 6–9, 2027, in Las Vegas, featuring artificial intelligence, connected mobility, and new opportunities for audio, according to the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and trade publication audioXpress.
The announcement follows a series of keynote bookings that Automatica has reported, including Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang, Waymo co-CEO Tekedra Mawakana, and Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa, all reflecting the show’s emphasis on AI-driven automotive and consumer technologies.
Automatica reported on October 7 that Lenovo will host a hybrid AI keynote at Sphere on January 6, and earlier that Stellantis CEO Filosa and Waymo co-CEO Mawakana are set to speak the same day. Those keynotes underline the mobility and AI focus that the CTA is now highlighting for the entire event.
In its October 8 press release announcing the Lenovo keynote, the CTA confirmed the January 6–9 dates and said the session would demonstrate "how hybrid AI is changing the way we live and work." The release also carried links to earlier announcements of keynotes by Waymo and Stellantis, but did not detail audio programming.
audioXpress reported on October 8 that CES 2027 would bring "new opportunities for audio"; however, the full article behind that headline was not retrievable. The CTA’s public materials do not contradict this, though they do not independently describe audio-specific sessions.
